Mbuya Jane Kaguvi Dhikwa (65), avo vanove murapi wechivanhu vachibva kuBinga vanotiwo vanoshandisa weti yegudo mukurapa uye pane vanhu vanodzoka vachivatenda mushure mekuona shanduko muwanano dzavo.

“Ndine madzimai nevarume vandakabatsira neweti iyi uye dzimba dzavo dzakamira,” vanodaro Mbuya Dhikwa.

Vanoti kuBinga vanowana weti yegudo mumakomo uye sesvikiro, vane nzira dzavanoshandisa kunoitora pasina kusangana netsekwende sekurwiswa nemakudo kana kurumwa nenyoka.

“Ini ndinayo yechokwadi nekuti munzvimbo mandinogara mune makudo akawanda. Kana vanhu vakashandisirwa weti yemanyepo hapana chinobuda,” vanodaro.

Mbuya Dhikwa vanotsanangura mashandisirwo anoita weti iyi.

“Tinotora weti yegudo toisanganisa nemimwe mishonga, toita kuti mudzimai aipfeke kusikarudzi kwake. Varume vanoinwa kuti vasaite dambudziko remusana.

“Inobatsira zvakare madzimai achangobva mukusununguka nekuti inodzoreredza nyama dzesikarudzi nekusuka tsvina muchibereko kuti vasaite zvimimba muteku.”

Mumwe chiremba wechivanhu, Dr Friday Lawrence Gobah – vanove nutritherapist kuRestore Natural Health, rinova sangano rinotengesa mishonga yechivanhu inobva kuMalawi – vanoti:

Vanotsinhira kuti weti yegudo inosimbisa musana kuburikidza nekuvhura kwainoita tsinga dzemuviri.

Dr Gobah vanokurudzira vamwe varapi vechivanhu kuti vaendese mishonga yavo kunovhenekwa kumarabhoritari senzira yekuchengetedza upenyu hwevanhu.
